Most of you are probably familiar with the season collaboration between the original boat shoe maker, Sperry Topsider, and the contemporary grail of menswear Band of Outsiders. Here is a preview of this seasons collection that is now available at Surrender. Sadly, in my opinion none of the collections since the very first have been as good, and have in fact gone down hill. For example below is my favorite BoO X Sperry shoe ever, and a sampling from this season.
Luckily there is at least one highlight this season, a grey wool penny loafer.
I rather liked the brown corduroy ones but it is a matter of taste. I suppose there's only so many conventional deck shoes you can make before your designer grows bored!
