How tight are the Petite Standards? I have skinny legs and I think the New Standards are a bit too big for me.

  2. They run pretty slim depending how you size. However, they do not have a taper like the New Cures do. The Petite Standards have more of a slim straight leg with a lower rise than any other APC jean. New Cures and New Standards have neither a low nor high rise".

  3. These look fucking awesome! Two questions... How did you size on yours? How/when did you soak?

  4. I sized down 3. I wear a 30/31 and I got a 27, but definitely could have gone with a 28. They are pretty skinny on me. I soaked around 6 and 9 months. Just a hot soak in the tub.

  5. I'm new to all of this so I'm just wondering why you sized down? I normally wear 33's, so you'd suggest I get 30's?

  7. Kdrew: I'd probably do a 31. If you have a local shop that sells APC I would go there and talk to the sales associates there.

Loving them fades around the knee, curious to see what the honeycombs behind there look like.

  10. After one year, just a regular washer cycle and dry.

  11. just curious, have 2 petite s's, 1 for 2yrs and the other for 1ish. I've only soaked - when you actually washed them how much did it affect the color or fit? was it similar to the affect soaking had?

  12. Washing pulls a lot more indigo out of the jeans, so you should see alot more contrast in your fades after a wash than after a soak. Especially if you have so much wear on them without any washes
